Can I return my item?

All physical products are print-on-demand. Due to this, they are non-refundable because they are made for you once you order it. However, if you have any issues with your order, (i.e. it comes damaged or defective) please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. 

If you accidentally order a previously purchased digital item, please send your previous order number, and you will be reimbursed.

Do you offer composition services for clients?

Can I use this music in my project?

Most of Elemental SoundWorks' music is available to license here on Pond5. If you have any trouble finding the specific song, contact us for assistance.

Do you offer discounts if a sheet music bundle includes a previously purchased song?

Absolutely! If you bought a past themed bundle, you’ll never pay twice for the same piece of music. Just email me your order number, and I’ll calculate a discounted price based on the songs you already own.
